Software Agreement

1. License

Subject to your active subscription, MyBizEZ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software for your business.

2. Hosting & self-hosted instances

Cloud plans are hosted and maintained by us. Self-hosted/Large engagements are governed by a separate order form covering deployment and support.

3. Your data

You own your data. You may export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party & AI integrations

Optional integrations (payment gateways, SMS, AI agents such as a Dograh-powered receptionist) are provided by third parties under their own terms and usage charges. MyBizEZ facilitates the connection but does not control those services.

5. Updates

We may update the software to add features and fix issues. Material changes affecting your use will be communicated in advance where practical.
