By creating an account or using MyBizEZ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, fees & setup

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the term you select. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
